Hot Dog Day
What a day be without a food item being on the list of national days. I think National Hot Dog Day would be better suited to a weekend. But oh well, get out there and find your favourite street vendor for a hot dog today - or maybe dinner tonight. Considering I had franks and beans last night, it's not likely I will be eating hot dogs today.
Grand Marnier Day
Now this is one, I could partake in today! My first experience with grand marnier was the topper on a B-52 shooter - many moons ago.. I think this was my first ever shooter... Learning to make the drink in layers was almost as much fun as drinking it.
Tape Measure Day
All my friends in the construction industry will be found praising their tape measure today. Remember - measure twice, cut once!
Nude Day
I wonder how many are brave enough to go nude today? Backyards only folks. I think it is still against the law to roam around stark naked unless at a nudist resort. In the heat this week, I'm sure a few of us have thought about taking it all off.
